Throughout my 20 years of career in the corporate world, working for several multinationals, I’ve been exposed to a range of company cultures and business models, to complex challenges, and truly multi-cultural environments.
I’ve experienced many transformations, whether in the size and scope of the business, in its model, or in its organization and culture. Because of my positions and profile, I’ve often facilitated change and organizational development.
I’ve practiced coaching by supporting Executives in their leadership development and in the alignment of their multiple and, sometimes, diverging business targets.
I've felt the desire to build on those experiences to help Executives and Executive Teams facing new and diverse challenges.
